Really good location near Chrobry Embankment with friendly staff. Breakfast lacked variety and could be improved.

Delicious breakfast, new-fashioned guest room. Polite staff, extremely comfy beds. Good and perfect location to The Pomeranian Dukes' Castle. Found in a nice area right by Waly Chrobrego, the street that overlooks the harbor, nice restaurants and the old centre of town.

Location was best for looking all histrical buildings.

Some of staff did not have very good English to communicate, but it was still better than the other hotels in Poland.

The noise from the nearby highways was unbearable, especially in the mornings. I was also frustrated by the lack of basic amenities like a fridge in the room. The breakfast selection was disappointing and lacked variety.

Delicious and varied breakfast with lots of options, luxury and overall clean place. The breakfast with different warm options.

Good location, excellent breakfast, pleasant staff, nice lounge area, good value for money.

Rooms are clean and offer a decent view of Wały Chrobrego, which adds a nice touch to the stay. The back lot has free parking, a rarity these days.

Some rooms can be noisy, especially those facing Trasa Zamkowa, and the sound insulation isn't great, which could lead to disturbances at night. Plus, the breakfast setup lacks some organization, with delays in replenishing items like juices. The interior feels a bit outdated and doesn't quite have that inviting atmosphere that would make it more comfortable. Lastly, the gym equipment is basic, limiting a good workout experience.

One of the staff at the reception wasn't really nice and helpfull,it looked like he wasn't happy to help us!!we book the hotel online before we came and we wanted a room for smokers.he gave us a non smoking room when we ask to change it he said he has no available rooms,only after i said i booked a smoking room the day before he change it.The rest of the staff vere very friendly and nice.the other think is that i book the twin room lux and we got room number 8 and i wonder if it was lux as it was very small!!

Location is great and they give rich breakfast..

The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and it's close to great spots like Chrobry Embankment and the Contemporary Theatre. The free parking was a bonus. The rooms were clean, and the staff was service-minded.

Actually it's a very nice hotel, with quite big rooms and nice food in the restaurant.

Really fascinating history of building,its surroundings and location;very high level of cleanliness and staff attention to all details and their good working knowledge of English and German (these last too are highly important for this location).High level of cleanliness and service.

1.Lack of tea and coffee making in the room.2.Superb breakfast outlay rather spoiled by the free-for-all confusion of lack of table allocations and self-service arrangements with people milling about all over the place risking the loss of their table while they serve themselves at the counter.3.Check out desk should have a separate member of staff to deal solely with guests' questions while other staff deal solely with checking guests in and out.4.Restaurant dinner menu rather more appeals to eastern European tastes and could perhaps be varied slightly to the tastes of western Europeans and north Americans (e.g.less pickled,marinated and spiced dishes with a few more potatoes on offer.These are constructive suggestions only.

So clean and peaceful, such a good environment.

this hotel is first class, clean,comfortable,excellent breakfast, great staff nothing too much trouble, great position, and taxi fares very cheap.
